Our members are companies, organizations, associations and independent professionals that specialize in, and provide, ebusiness and technology products and services.

Here are answers to some frequently asked questions for prospective members.

Why should my business become a member?
There are many good reasons to join ALL EC. Please visit our Member Benefits page to learn more.

How much does it cost to become a member?
A Basic Membership is free and no credit card is required to join. This is a great way to try the service and you can upgrade at any time.

Pro and Elite Memberships are available by monthly or annual subscriptions. Please visit our pricing page to compare features and select a plan.

How are membership payments processed?
ALL EC uses Stripe to process credit card payments. More details are available on our payment processing information page.

Our business is listed on ALL EC but we need more information to be added. How do we claim the listing?
That's easy! Click the Claim Listing » button on your business listing page. You’ll be taken to the page where you will select a plan to claim and manage your listing.

Does it cost anything to claim my listing?
No. Your business can claim its listing with the Basic Membership.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. However, please note that after a payment is made, membership fees for the remainder of the current month or annum are non-refundable. If you have questions about membership policies, please contact us. We are happy to answer any questions!

If membership fees are raised in the future, will my rates go up?
No. When you join ALL EC your rates are locked and you are protected against future price increases. You will also enjoy any features that are added to your membership level that were not available when you signed up, at no additional charge.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership plan?
Yes. Members can upgrade or downgrade whenever they like. Please note that upgrades or downgrades will generate a new subscription "price lock" which could be higher or lower than when you initially signed up, depending on the change you intend to make. If you have questions about membership level changes, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

How can I determine the best categories to list my business?
Visit the Software and Service Categories section to help you pick the most relevant categories for your business listing.

What if my business still doesn't quite seem to fit any categories?
If you get to this point then we need to talk. Contact us so we can offer advice and discuss ways to work together.

Are company logos required with listings?
No. However logos are HIGHLY recommended to draw attention and enhance your listing. Logos are required for a listing to appear on the ALL EC homepage.

Will my listing be visible to search engines?
All listings are submitted and visible to search engines. Of course we have no control over search engine policies or changes they make that could affect how our members' listings are indexed.

How do ALL EC promotional discount codes work?
We run many special promotions that offer discount codes to new members. Some codes are for percentage discounts and others are for flat rate discounts. Discount codes are applied at checkout when you join as a paid member.

If you have a discount code, be sure to sign up in time to take advantage of the offer before it expires. If you don't have a discount code and are interested in joining today, contact us to find out if you qualify for any of our current promotions.

How can my business be featured on the home page of ALL EC?
New members are showcased on the home page when they join. There's no guarantee of how long any new member will be on the home page because this space is limited and new members join ALL EC constantly.
